      Outlook Express 07 Issues

I have been using oe7, for a while with no issues, and i have redirected my sky e-mail, and also o2 e-mail through to oe7, i recently had to revert my laptop back to original settings, and since then i cant get oe7 to work, i have searched through forum and done exactly what has been posted on here, evenused Toms video, which i have used previously, but every time i test my e-mail i get the password required screen, any suggestions out there, my laptop has windows 7 as its os, i do use another laptop with vistas, but this is my sons laptop, any help would be helpful.

Have you ensured that the email account is set up for either POP3 or IMAP in the Sky web site?

Next go through the settings for the right type. It would help to know which he has set it up for before going too far.

      Re: Outlook Express 07 Issues

I have just checked my sky e-mail, and i have ticked the 'enable pop for all mail', and also ticked disable imap, when i originally set up sky e-mail few yrs ago had a different password to the one now, would that make any difference.
