      Please read the instructions

If you wish to use our SMTP service, please ensure that you meet us half way and at least follow our instructions, and supply the information that we require.

At the end of the day, the staff here at SkyUser are just normal people, and therefore we have our own commitments to family and work etc

We have over 800 people using this service, and it takes roughly 3 minutes to process each SMTP application. This equates to at least 40 hours of our own free time already being spent on providing this service.

We value our free time, and one of the most tedious jobs we have, is to chase up those people who do not follow the simple instructions that we have provided here:

      http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/skyus...p-account.html

As from today, we will not respond or reply to any applications that we may receive, that have not included the information that we have asked for.

If you have applied, and heard nothing from us, this can be the only reason why.

      Re: Please read the instructions

Normally within 24 hours. We do these as and when family / work allows.

If anyone does not receive a PM or an email advising that their application has been processed within 0 - 48 hours, its probably best to check the instructions on how to apply, and make sure that you have provided all the information required. Without this information on your application, it would be ignored and deleted.

      Information required, as per instructions:

      • Please contact us using this form
      • Letting us know your forum username
      • Supply a password that you wish to use, one that is not used for anything else.
      • If you are not signing up from your Sky Broadband Connection, please also supply your Sky.com email address, so that we can verify that you are a Sky Broadband Customer.
