Remote record for text or sky.com is not working.
here is what I have done,
When into Interactive, Sky Customer Services, Remote Record and selected the option that I have a MY Sky, keyed in the username and password and then my mobile number. It confirmed that it was correct and set up.
I then went to sky.com and selected remote record through the TV guide, after logging on in told me it was sent to the sky+box and would be there within the 30mins..
It wasn't...tried texting... no text receipt and no update on the sky planner.
the sky card was paired with the new SKy + box on saturday.
any reasons why this is not working?

To sort this out you need to force an update to your sky + box
Power off at mains. Hold Back up button, power on, keep it held until all box lights light up. If you have a Scart connection you can switch your TV on to that channel and see the update message.
