Question What happens with remote record if there's a conflict?

If I remote record, say from the reminder emails sent to me about programmes coming up, what will happen if there is a conflict, ie your box is recording 2 programmes already?

I also use the mobile app, and if there is a conflict it comes up and tells you, and gives you alternative times you can record - it's just sometimes it's more convenient to click the RECORD button in the email.

One of the recordings won't happen.

If you suspect that there may well be something else on at the same time, set it to record at a different time or use the Sky+ app to remotely download the item from the On Demand section.

If you get home before the potential clash, the Sky+ app is quite good at being able to offer alternative schedules for each item that could clash.

If the box would do this automatically for recording clashes then that would be a great new feature!
