      Thumbs down Sky +HD problems

      I upgraded to Sky +HD on the 22-05-2012 it has never worked right from day one. The number of visits by Sky personnel I would not know but it is in excess of 12.The problem is a difficult one to solve because it is an intermittent problem it only happens between 8-00pm and 11-00pm this is when the sound is garbled the picture is O.K. Sky have changed the dish the box the leads have been in al sorts of combinations (ie) scarts in hdmi in both in phone disconnected asked if any cars with tracking close by and many others but the problem continues.I am unsure that they will or can solve this problem

      If it is over 12 attempts, I cannot see Sky being able to resolve it. For some reason, you are getting some kind of interference etc

      Could you take a picture of the TV screen when this happens and post if for us to see what it is like please?

      It would also help to know specifically which channel you are watching and the time it happens too.

      Finally, do you experience any other electrical or radio/WiFi issues at the same time?
