      Hi Guys,



      I'm sorry for the late reply.



      This has been escalated and there has now been a service brief added for staff that this issue should not be booked in for a service visit, so I apologise to anyone who has been advised this already.



      We are still currently investigating the issue and I will post any update on this thread once received.



      looks like they are investigating it still as its a known fault

      I feel sorry for those sky customers who dont know about that sky forum thread, or indeed this one, as sky still appear to be recommending an engineer visit, as mentioned in the other sky thread by user clo+a

      Just phoned Sky about this , to let them know I am having the problem. Was told that it is not a software problem and that I needed to be visited by an engineer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Told the man I did not need an engineer as this was a large scale problem, which he denied.
