why has transformers 2 disappeared from anytime

Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong forum but I have a question about anytime on sky+ hd. On Friday I was watching Transformers 2 on anytime and it was there. I had to go out, so I left it so far into the movie. On Saturday I went to watch the rest or from the beginning and found that it has disappeared from Anytime along with the other premiers I think.

I did a box reset and no avail, so any ideas what could have happened to it, as this is the 1st time this has happened. Thanks.

      Hi

There is normally a date showing when the film would disappear. They only stay on Anytime for a limited time only.

In future if you wish to keep it longer, highlight it and then press the record button on your remote.

Re: why has transformers 2 disappeared from anytime

Thanks for that I know about the recording, I am just surprised that Sky are advertising the Transformers 2 as it is the premiere showing available on anytime, but it was only up there for less than 1 day, though my normal plus box is saying it is available until the 25th August. Also it said the 25th on Friday

All the other friday premieres are also on the anytime until the 25th, how come a film they are still advertising and available on a normal sky+ box anytime and not on a HD, and surely the blockbusters are up for more than 20 hours on anytime or sky are advertising incorrectly transformers 2 being available on anytime.

Hi I know this might sound like a daft question but you do have the premier Films channels. If so record it from there to your planner. Any premier films are usually on between 5 and 7 days starting on Friday. The Transformers film Revenge of the Fallen is on until Thursday the 26/08/10. Anytime what you could try is in the settings under Anytime turn it of press save changes go to Anytime to see if Anytime is of. Then setting and activate Anytime save changes. Transformers should be there again.

seen this before with some movies where you watch them on anythime and some DRM come in and wipes it when your done.

Easiest thing is to record it off channel 301 (or 313 for HD)

If you do this it'll delete all the recordings from anytime and you'll have to wait a good few days for them to be downloaded again.

That is the information I was told from Sky. When Anytime first started as it was an issue with Anytime. Programs either not showing or only on for one day.
