Sky+ Memory Failure
Hi,
I have a Thomson 4E2138 and even without anything recorded the free memory is limited to anywhere from 3% - 15%. The Box is out of warranty but I wondered if it is possible to reformat the hard drive or another alternative to avoid having to pay for a replacement box.
I have seen some threads on here which talk about selecting services, then 4,0,1, however this doesn't appear to work on this model...???

Do a Planner Rebuild. Press Services, 4, 0, 1, Select. In the Installer Setup, select Option 7 and proceed. Ignore what you see onscreen as you press the buttons in the sequence.
