ive had my sky + box for quite some time, i noticed that during a recording playback every so often the sound breaks for a split second, any ideas what it might be?

I also recently had to remove the box and had to disconnect everything, i noticed there are two input cables from the dish. input one and input two, does it matter which way round they go as i thought they both carry the signal, one for recording and one for watching another channel?
