Frozen half way
Just watching something today that i recorded about three months ago.
Half way through the program and the play back froze. Could not use any buttons on the remote to stop it. Would not even go in to standby from the remote.
Switched it off at the plug, waited 5 mins and put it back on again. Got to the place where it froze before but this time it continued playing without stopping.
All seems ok with it now.
Anyone have an idea why it did it?

It could be a failing hard drive but sometimes things just need to be re-booted to get rid of the errors etc.
You may want to do a planner re-build, this will re-organise the programmes on the hard drive and clear any gremlins. To do this, press, services 0, 1, select, you will see it under housekeeping.

he means services, 4, 0, 1 select without looking at the screen then go to sky+planner rebuild, it sorts the hard drive problems out & nope it won't delete any of the recordings on the hard drive
