      Red face Sky+

      Have been having trouble with my sky+ so after having conversations with sky and getting now where I decided to get myself another sky+ box now what I need to know is how to I change over from my not always working box to the one I have just bought.
      Do sky charge you if so does anyone have any idea how much

      Simple, just unplug the old one and then plug in the new one, the leads will all fit in the same holes etc.

      Then put in the viewing card and ring Sky to pair the card to the new receiver. Job done.

      Thanks for that also do you know if I have to re-do my planner serial links or will they still be there when I change boxes over..

      You will need to do them all again. Just take a photo of them to remind you what you need to setup.
