Sky+ box to phone line
Hi Newbie here.
Had my sky+ installed a few weeks back before i had a phone line connected so it wasn't wired up. But I'm quite happy with this as my telephone connection point is across the other side of the house to where my Sky plus box is and didn't fancy tacking a phoneline around my house.
I know yo can buy homeplugs that convert your mains electric cabling into a network, can I use one of these for my sky plus box and if so what ones would people recomend?
Many Thanks

Re: Sky+ box to phone line
You can get mains telephone extenders to do what you want. - http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...C=SO&U=strat15 But unless you have multi room, there is not much point. If you want to use the interactive service to order box office stuff, get a mobile extension you can plug in when you need it. Although it is in the T&Cs that you should be connected 24/7/52, Sky don't seem to bother much unless you have multi-room.
