Problem with synopsis in recorded programs on sky+.

I seem to be having a bit of a glitch where by some programs will get the wrong synopsis, typically from a different recorded program.

Is this something I should be concerned about and should start archiving any programs I want to keep?

      My sky+ is an Amstrad 80/80 from Jan/Feb 08.

Nah this happens all the time on the EPG, I was going through some stuff today and a couple of old programs had the wrong synopsis, looks like somebody got lost on their script and put the wrong thing in.
I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

This can happen on really old recordings - Sky re-use the synopsis index. I assume there's only a finite number that they can use.

These were fairly recent recordings though (about a week at the most) and I have 6% left.

I've had it as well, usually when I'm low on space. I also tend to find lip synch problems at the same time. I try to keep about 40% free.

Yes but the code for them may have been used before and not been updated. So you get the new show name but with the details of a different show that used the same code from the past.
