      That depends on whether you get a new card for the box. If you don't, then the Copy+ utility will definitely copy the programmes across, and you have a good chance of watching them.

      Copy+ MAY be able to copy them over successfully, but there could be a compatability issue depending on what SKY+ ans SKY HD your getting as there are some configurations that don't work very well.

      You'll also need a PATA caddie for the SKY+ drive and a SATA caddie for the SKY HD drive.

      Also if you go into your shiny new HD box that will invalidate the warrenty so you would really need to think if you wanted to do this.
      I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!
