      Start by checking the output channels of the two Sky receivers. Ch23 for one and CH26 for the other should be fine, and see how this effects the problem.

      Some Sky boxes have known problems with RF modulators. Satcure sell replacements for some types of boxes, but the unsoldering & soldering can be tricky, if you're not well practiced with a soldering iron.
