My picture changes size

HI all, right I dont know if this has any thing to do with sky, but I have a problem with my tv picture when Im watching it. The screen size keeps changing to a little box all the time and this is becoming quite annoying. especially as I have to change the picture size myself. But once I have changed it, come an avdert break in a program, it then changes back to a small picture again. It doesnt happen on anyone else's TV that I know. Ive got a sony wega 32 inch widescreen. The picture settings on the tv are correct and also on the sky+ box. Any ideas how I can fix this? Could this be a fault in the scart lead?

I dont know anything about sky+, but it could have something to do with your scart lead, make sure it is 'fully wired', another thought, you say settings on both tv and sky+ are correct, without insulting your intelligence do you make sure you 'save changes' when you set them?

LOL Kipper, yes I do save the settings. (im not blonde honest) hehehehe

Woodster, sorry i'm having a blonde moment, they are both set to 16:9.

Some TV's display a 4:3 picture when one is broadcast, like some adverts, even though it's set to 16:9 but will not switch back. I have a Thomson LCD that does this. You could try turning the scart control on the sky box off, but you will get a slight reduction in picture quality, especialy on the on screen graphics like the TV guide, but you shouldn't notice much difference when viewing TV. You could also try plugging the scart into AV2 on the TV.
