Sky+ remote has stopped working - tried changing batteries and re-set Sky+ box but no help. We have several things recording over next few days which will take recordings over available limit. Rang Sky - was advised that we will need a new remote, but of course we won't be able to get one until after Christmas.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong, and if not, is there any way we can navigate around planner using the buttons on the Sky+ box - we've tried this but there seems to be no way of navigating without the green/red buttons etc.
