Tech Help Needed

Hi,
My brother has just had HD installed into his flat, When the engineer was there he found that only one sky feed was working (he has 2 outputs on the face plate). He then convinced the man to continue installing so we could sort it later.

I have had a look at the front of plate which has
1 telephone socket
2 Sat sockets
1 Radio
1 TV
1 Return.

Looking behind the plate, There is a box called a Triax Sat II outlet which has 2 cables connected, 1 connected to 'Sat 2' & one connected to 'Return'
The one labelled 'Sat I, Radio,TV' is empty.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way we can get the 2nd feed from the Dish to the plate?

You need to run another cable from the dish for the second Transponder.(That's assuming there's a spare feed on the LNB.But to be honest,it's impossible to tell you how & if it's possible with what you're describing.Reason is we dont know how the spart who installed you're services has wired it up.
