      Contacting Sky via Email ??

      Hi,

      Been having loads of issues with Sky over the last few months but finally reported the problem to them last month ( Picture on playback goes black and white, sound goes, and picture flashes for a few seconds, then all ok ).

      Had numerous engineers out, three new sky+ 160gb boxes (apparantly they dont make these now) full new system - dish, cables, lnb etc still not resolved the problem.

      One engineer has even told me to request an hd box with the sub to fix the problem, but sky not having any of it. They have even said now it is my tv !! Tried numerous scarts, so ruled that out, and I have recorded the same programmes off freeview without any issue, so it is not the tv. Channels include BBCs inc kids, Channel 4, and now Sky 1+2.....

      On top of this cos of the box being swapped I have been trying to copy progs onto my dvd recorder, but this macrovision issue kicks in and prevents me from doing it....Totally fed up with Sky over this, and I have put in a formal complaint in writing, but also wanted to send it them via email.

      The online site is useless, and wont let me send for some reason - Has anyone had the same problem, and what resolved it, and also does anyone have any email addresses that I could send this complaint to, the higher up the better !

      Kana form on sky.com help center contact us page or nothing, there is no internal email address that is officially sanctioned as far as I am aware. Hope you sent that letter recorded delivery.

      When I've had problems in the past with Sky I've emailed James Murdoch james.murdoch@bskyb.com and have always got the issue resolved.
