Angry Loss of colour watching Sky

Hello, Can someone tell me why I am getting a 'green tinged' picture when I watch Sky? Analogue is fine, but the only way to get the colour back is to press the TV button - which of course inactivated the Sky + facility. Thank you

Check that all your Scart plugs are fully pushed in.

Thank you, but I have done this and it seems to resolve the problem. However, when I next come to use Sky the colour has gone again. I have bought a new, better quality scart lead so I doubt that is the problem. Just wondered if it might be a problem with the box rather than the lead.

Sounds like a poor joint in the box or tv, can you give the plugs a waggle to try and see which?

Just waggled! Yes, it does appear to be the scart lead causing the problem. Do you think it would be worth reporting it to Sky in case there is a problem with the box?

If you have tried a differant lead and the problem is at the box end then yes ring sky. As a temp bodge, try pulling the cable up or down to hold the connection in place while you wait for a new box.
