Sky+ subscription order processing
I subscribed online to sky+ on friday the 29th, im just wondering how long does it take to process your subscription as the £99 one off payment hasnt gone out of my account yet.....is it meant to go out of your account when you submit the order online or does it go out when the order has been processed or does it go out when the sky engineer has installed it....hes installing it on the 27th so will it go out then?
Any help will be very much appreciated, i have emailed sky but they could take up to 11 days to reply.
Thankyou.

Re: Sky+ subscription order processing
I ordered Sky HD for someone the other night, over the phone, the monies were debited there and then.
Having never ordered anything from Sky online, I don't know the answer. Does the tracking show it has been ordered, ie the Installer date etc?
If so, then I am sure Sky will either:
1) Take the payment via D/D (check your bills online) on your next due date
2) If you have given Card details, soon
I know someone who moved house, and Sky added the money to the monthly subscription, so the month after it was normal bill plus £60~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~

Re: Sky+ subscription order processing
Thanks for the reply, well i have had emails sent on friday the 29th saying my order is being processed and may take a few days and telling me to expect letters of sales agreement and package details arriving in the post, well i havent got them yet but theres still time. its the first time i have ordered sky, i do have freesat at the moment but i have never had any expierience of this, also i went into a live chat with a sky representative whilst i was giving in my card details and the man said the £99 would go out straight away........i did pay for the £99 on a different card to the monthly subscription fee......its all very confusing.

Re: Sky+ subscription order processing
The card normally comes within a few days, through normal Royal Mail.
If you have had the emails stating install etc I would guess the order is being processed. Just give them a couple of more days to see what happens.~ Never, ever, argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience ~
