Hi - I am new to this so please be gentle !!!
We have Sky+ fitted about 3wks ago and when we recorded it would freeze and then start again but there was no volume - this would happen all the way through the programme.
We contacted Sky and they sent out the contractor last Friday and he replaced the box with a new one.
First couple of days - fine
Since - same problem is happening again ...
This is very frustrating ....
Does anyone have any idea what we can do or do we have to contact Sky again to get another new box ??

Try rebooting it.
Since it's under warranty you are at the mercy of Sky - unless you prefer to pay.
