Remote Record Woes

Hello,
Having just signed up and received my Sky+ box i was more than a little dissapointed to find out that remote record is not compatable with my phone and will not work anyway unless you have one of skys premium packages.

I was not told on signing up that only certain phones are compatable.
My Samsung G600 (or any samsung) is not on the list.

Does anyone know if this phone will work and sky havent got around to updating their site yet??

I think you can just text a program to a certain number, in which case it shouldn't matter what phone you use.

Thanks Dan I believe you are right but I wanted to use the epg that you can select a programme directly on.
