Question Advice needed for Sky plus box

I am about to move house, in my current rented place I have sky+ using a box that was kindly left there by the landlord. However when I move out I will have to give the box back and I really want to have sky+ in my new place. I was going to take advantage of the free box offer by recommending my girlfriend who I'm moving in with and getting a free box that way but I just found out they've stopped doing that offer. What is my cheapest option of getting sky+ in my new place? I've considered buying a box from ebay and trying to do it that way. I'd rather do it through sky as it would be more legit but I don't want to have to pay the full whack if possible. Any advice?

I would try the cancelling route, because you are moving. They may offer you a deal to continue at the new address.
