SKY+ Planner Rebuild.
I did a rebuild about an hour ago and the "HOUSEKEEPING PLEASE WAIT" message is still on the screen. Surely it should have defragged or whatever is it does by now, and it doesn't respond to the remote. - what do I do to reset, pull the plug out?? Thanks

Yeah if ever you get a frozen screen or message turn the power off at the wall and then unplug the box.Leave it unplugged for1 min then plug back in , switch the power back on and then give the box a further 2 mins with the red light on before pressing the ON button. But if frozen on a rebuild then the box may need a software download to sort out the problem.

My Skybox+ froze during rebuild just as above. \after about 35 minutes and after reading the posts above I decided to unplug and take a chance that this would not do more harm than good. After 4 minutes I plugged it back in and waited another 2 mins then switched from red to green light. The box is working fine on normal channels but is still jumping and fragmenting on "anytime" play.
