Another box problem
Had my box replaced 3 weeks ago as it was failing to turn on.
Already the new box is playing up. Here are the problems I been having
Took 20 minutes to turn on
When forward a playback it freezes then normal then freezes, etc
Recordings on the planner show as recording still even though program has finished
Recording are taking up to 2 minutes to play from the planner
If I need a new box am I right to ask for compensation as once again will be losing all my recordings?
