Intermittent problem recording on Sky+
At a loss to know where to go with this.
On Saturday afternoon, chose to record 3 games of rugby - call them A, B and C. All on Sky Sports 2.
That evening, I found A showed as "to be recorded", B had recorded, C was allegedly recording. At that point, watched B. When I tried to watch C, discovered it had only recorded the last 20 minutes (from the point when I had finished with B), claiming there had been a clash. Rubbish - no other Sky channels had been on.
On Sunday, I set another recording on Sky Sports 2. Didn't record.
On Saturday night, a recording on a different channel had worked.
It occurred to me there might have been a problem with Sky Sports 2 over the weekend, although the game B recording was fine. Is there a way of finding out this sort of thing?
Do I have to take a deep breath and tackle Customer Service?

the trouble with some of the live stuff on sky sports if any over run and the epg data isnt changed it confuses the sky box as that is what it follows especially if they are all on the same channel one after another and if you have buffering on too this makes it worse.
basically if this is a one off dont worry about it,it does happen
