    USB ports

      USB ports

      I know people are using the USB ports to charge their iPods but both my ports seem to be dead, my ipod touch doesnt charge. Anyone else have a touch that does charge?

      not all makes have a live usb socket.sorry i cant remember which ones work and which dont

      What was the original purpose for the usb ports anyway? I tried a usb memory card and nothing happened

      I think its for future expansion. My Armstrad one does charge my i pod

      the plans were many and varied but unfortunately nothing has come of them.

      I dunno why they can't just open them up for people I'm sure it would be a simple software update. I did email sky and they quickly responded with the idea that itll be used in the future.
