Remote Record Problems via sky.com

Hi,

I've registered for my sky and looged in ok. I go to tv listings and try and use remote record.

It says you are not registered for remote record?

I have registered and have my sky account. I am definetly logged in as i can go to my account details.

I have set my sky + box to remote record on my sky users tab on the sky + box.

Yet when i try and remote record via sky.com it says i'm not registered for remote record?

I'm not bothered about remote record on my mobile as i have payg 02 just wat to record via sky.com.

Any advice please?

Exactly the same problem myself. I emailed customer services and they gave me some general advice on how to set it up. I did this and it didn't work. I went back to them and they have now escalated the problem. Once I hear from them I shall let you know.
