I recently upgraded to sky+ when they made it free (yippee) but it been nothing but a nightmare the first box kept cuttin out in the middle of viewing so they came and replaced it with a new identical box but now that box is acting up I only get partial recordings or failures also it freezes and I cant get it to unfreeze unless I pull the power then I have to leave it for 10 or 15 minutes before it will turn back on.
and finally I cant record 2 things at once .

I'm gonna try and call sky tomorrow but if anyone has had this and knows what is wrong please let me know.
