Good Deal...

Hey Everyone!

I think i just got a rather good deal... the sky man just left my house half hour ago

Ive just got SKY + box and installation for free, the whole sky package (ALL TV CHANNELS + MAX BROADBAND + TALK UNLIMITED) and now paying £45/month and have also got 3months half price (so thats 3months of £22.50),

Could of got multiroom installed free and pay £10month with 3months free on that but dont really need it at the moment.

Before i was paying about £65 a month.

So this year im paying £472.50... SOUND GOOD?

Kamvip, Was this guy a Direct Sky Salesman or a Third-Party?

As if you are already with Sky, I dont think they do Door-to-Doors to offer you a deal, It seems to me like it was a Third-Party, Who has made there money up by the commision they have just generated, As I would almost certainly think that you are now tied in for 12 Months - again.

NO, It was direct through sky... I rang up early in october and said... i would like to cancel my sky subscription... got a better deal elsewhere. So they put the canellation through and said, at end of october, your sky will be cut off.
Week before they cut my sky off, i rang up customer services and said, someone rang me up offering me a deal if i come back, but i said i will ring them back later (No 1 actually did phone lol). They said, ok... we cant actually trace what our sales dept say but i will come up with something for you.

I said about £65month, it was in the 60's, will have look on the statement next time i have it out... I have the full TV package, Broadband Max Package and Sky Talk unlimited...

By the way... is the sky line rental have all same features as bt line rental? like answer phone 1571?
