      Sky link and sky+

I have just upgraded from my normal package (panasonic digibox) TO sKY + (THOMSON 127K148) but now my SKY link wont work. My old system had two RF outs, one of which went upstairs. Now nothing works. No picture or sound on either my VCR or on the TV upstairs. A friend at work has the same Problem with his plus box as well.
Is there something I'm missing in the setup menu or is this a common fault with all of them.
Is there anyway of determining if the rf-outs are faulty or not without dragging a tv from another room.
Please help, this has been a disaster from the start. It wouldnt even recognise the card and our package until I phoned technical helpline.

      TIA.

      Robin

      Hi,
you need togo to installers menu and set rf outlet power supply.

      Services
      4 system setup
0 then 1 then SELECT on remote
will take you to Installer setup
      4 RF outlets

can then set the rf channel number and turn on RF outlet power supply
      Save new settings

      hopefully that should sort it
