Last week I phoned up to upgrade to sky +. 99 for the box plus 60 for the installation. On the Monday after I ordered I found Sky had cut the install price to 30.

So I phoned up to get my 30 back as it didn;t seem fair. The only way for me to do it was to cancel the first order of 160 and then reorder at 130.

Sky have taken both payments out and I am awaiting a refund of 160 for the first order.

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to refund money? I called on the 02 July and that is when they did the refund. The customer service person said it will go through on the 04th July. Still today I have nothing in my account. Any ideas?
