Any help to assist me, on how to complian to Sky....

I`m a new customer, got the equipment installed 3 weeks ago, but Sky did not send my viewing card. I`ve made numerous calls to their stupid customer services department and everytime I`m told to wait 72 hours as the problem need to be passed on to another department due to a "system error" and they will call back. 3 weeks later, with me daily chasing them up & still no luck!!!! I`m fed up!!! If I knew this was to happen, I woud`ve stayed with Virgin Media!!!!

How can I complain & speed up this process? collect a viewing card, make appointment..... any help?
