Re: Sky+ for existing Sky customer
If you contact Sky, Direct Sales wont be able to offer you anything then under the current upgrade price of what I think is £150 or so at the moment.
Mention to the advisor, You are considering cancelling as a long standing customer and not being given any deals, They will usually pass you through to a Retentions team.
Mention to them you have heard of a neighbour being offered the £49 Sky+ Deal and see wether they can arrange that for you.
Dont back down though.

Re: Sky+ for existing Sky customer
If you wait until the 1st July, installation for the Sky+ box is half price, also there will be no Sky+ subscription no matter what viewing package you are on, take it from me, sky+ is well worth the £99.....

I got my +box using the half price National Trust offer, not a lot of good if you aren't a member, but you could always join!
