tv guide is slow
i have had a panasonic sky box for about 7 years and it was fine,
I have just upgraded to a amstrad sky + box, and when i use the channel guide or programme up/down its slow to access, is this a fault or is this how they are?
the amstrad box was second hand may i add

The general consensus is that the Amstrad boxes are slightly slower on channel changing and menu options - unfortunately Sky do not regard this as a fault. As you purchased the unit second hand there really is no form of redress.
