Can I download recorded programme to PC? Does anyone know how I can copy the programmes I recorded on Sky+ box to my computer?
I had to reset the box once already and I lost everything that was stored on it.

You can, but only by standard video capture methods.
You can however back up the hard drive using a special util, which I'll just grab the link for.
