Cant change channels on other TVs using remote eyes anymore?

      Hi all,
I recently upgraded from standard Sky to Sky plus. We used to use remote eyes in each room that had a tv, so that the sky box could be controlled from any room with a tv.
Since the upgrade, however, channels can no longer be changed in any room apart from at the sky box. I have followed all steps in the instructions - enabled the power through the correct port, and connected everything up properly. I can see channels fine, but it just wont respond to the remote.

Can anyone offer any assistance? Thanks.

      Welcome jsynnott.

Are you using a Sky+ remote in all the rooms?
I have Sky+ HD and a TV Link extension.
I had to buy another Sky+ remote to change channels
in the upstairs room as the standard remotes will not work.

Also if you have TV Link, check the lead is in the correct
RF out connection at the back of the box.
