How far in advance?
How far in advance can programmes be set to record? The Sky website shows several highlights that I would like to record, but often weeks in advance. Can I set the box to record that far in the future, or is it just in the immediate day?
Thanks from a Sky noobie!!Last edited by piglet; 28-04-07 at 10:30 AM.

Re: How far in advance?
Welcome piglet.
If I understand your question correctly....
You can record any programme on your Sky+ box using the
Sky "tv guide" EPG - accessed through your handset.
Some channels only show listings up to a week in advance.
If you use the Series Link it will record all the programmes
in the series.
I note you mention the Sky site, a place I avoid and rarely visit,
so someone else may be able to help you on this.
I do visit the Internet every day using Firefox and

Re: How far in advance?
Like Murdock says, You can select to record any program from the EPG, and most only have listings for a week,
However if you go into System Settings and then Sky+ look for the Record one and you can set it in there, With Channel Number, Time ect
