I have had Tiscali broadband for 18 months now and never had a problem, 7 months ago i got Sky+ and multi room, a month or so later my broadband stopped connecting for no reason. After contacting Tiscali i was told everything was ok from there end so my only work around was to disconnect Sky+ from the telephone socket and i've never had a problem since. Now i've had a letter asking me to connect my Sky+ to the phone line. Before i kick off with Sky has anyone get any suggestions?????

I have tried with and without a filter and it still doesnt work.

Long shot, but have you tried a different filter?

Yeah i have 4 spare ones what i've taken to my mates to test and they are working fine.
