Mine has been pants for months. I don't bother recording Ch4, E4 etc anymore. Kind of sucks since I used to like Hollyoaks. It is watchable 'live' but when recorded the sound drops, picture freezes, loses sync basically unwatchable. I thought it might have been a poor feed but it even happens when I swap the inputs round.

Well, ain't that funny. The exact same thing happens me when I record anything on E4, C4, More4 etc

Has anyone rung Sky to ask if there's a problem or more importantly a solution? I've just had yet another frustrating hour trying to watch a doc I recorded on C4. It drives me up the wall. Anytime I record Desperate Housewives, ER etc, it's the same. No problem watching it as it's broadcasted but a nightmare when watching recorded. Surely there's a fix for this??

Indeed, I see what you'e saying. But, everything else is fine so why the problem with channel 4 (and associated) channels; and only with recorded programmes, not with watching live. I can't see how this would be affected by lnb or the dish...

Time to join Virgin Media. I can always watch Lost on DVD
