Is this possible? I have a pcmcia smart TV card that came with a very short cable. What cable do I use to attach the sky+ box to the card? There isnt much in the way of instructions.

Re: Copying from sky+ to laptop dvd recorder?

You won't really get good quality through a tv card, and is it DVB-T or analogue.
Your best bet is to get a PC Video to DVD kit, and then connect the sky+ by scart+component to the kit by component.
