Tried to paste the screenshot from Track My Order, but it was too small to read. There isn't anything to see on there at all.

I already have a hard drive recorder with play/pause/rewind, and it also receives all the On Demand channels, and Netflix, so I could use that, and as Sky are paying for everything else, I may not put the card in (if it ever arrives) until the next cricket is on in the winter.

it also receives all the On Demand channels,
I doubt if you will receive the Sky On Demand, which includes all the iPlayers, Catch Up and box sets, without a Sky Box and subscription.

Looking at the notice on your account it looks like the agent has messed up somewhere.

@isitme If you can look at my account, is it
Aerials & Cable Equipment Distributors Ltd who have screwed up?

      Thanks

I doubt whether A&CED Ltd are at fault. Sky Retail Stores and some of the larger independent authorised Sky agents (ASAs) have access to web based systems for setting up Sky accounts but the smaller ASAs will telephone Sky sales and speak to a Sky agent who is responsible for setting up the account.

I can't look at your account, what I meant was your Order Tracking, which you posted, shows nothing to show. If you have an order in for TV installation, it should show this as pending in this section.

Has your installer received a box specifically for you? Normally approved installers would have a stock of boxes, ready to install on instructions from Sky.

Yes - the installer has had the box since 12July, but as I said earlier, didn't want to install without the card.

Re: No Viewing Card....anyone else having problems?

Update:: When I spoke to the Cancellations Department on Saturday, and was talked into giving them another try at sending me a card, I was promised they would send it Express Delivery, and would be with me Tuesday at the latest. I'm away from home until Thursday, but my wife has just told me there's been no delivery from Sky today. I'm not going to call until Thursday afternoon, so they do have another 36 hours, but I'm not confident in their ability to deliver.

Do they have something against me? Or are they just naffing incompetent? It defies belief that someone in their postroom has failed to send me a card 4 times.

Thanks to isitme and Seawright for the info

I wonder sometimes if there is a dodgy Postie. It is possible that someone in the sorting office, not the one you see, is doing something naughty.

      PlusNet Fibre since Jan 2021
Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.

I know where you're coming from Scubbie but I think the significance of your last remark would be lost on Bunnie.

Just wondered if the card arrived and whether it was sent express delivery as promised.
Do you have an install date?
