Sky don't allow you to do this, you have to lie to watch it outside the UK.

Not really, its the councils fault for putting the road there which allows you to speed.=Smithy99;276629
That's like saying it is the car manufacturers fault if you exceed the speed limit because their cars are capable of doing so.
