Sky Technical Support - Don't hold your breath
It's just plain non existent. Techies cut off calls that are too tricky - call quotas are everything - put em on hold then dump the call and move on.
Don't call back as promised (eh Martin?) or escalate as promised. Don't return emails (eh Vivek?).
Over one week later I fixed the problem myself out of sheer necessity.
Great broadband speed - shame about the router that blocks devices trying to connect without reporting it.

Re: Sky Technical Support - Don't hold your breath
Hide your post? How exactly do you reckon that?
You've posted a moan about Sky in a help sub forum. Just a moan, not a request for help.
We don't have any problems with moan posts provided they're not ad hominem attacks or libellous but we do have a dedicated forum for members to moan in rather than clutter up the help forums.
Your post was moved to the appropriate forum. What's your problem with that?
