Not Happy With Broadband Speed

Hello,

I have had Sky Unlimited Broadband for 7 months now, and even after a proposed estimate of between 5 - 8 Mbps, I am lucky if I get 4.1.

I have taken a speed test with the micro filter in the test socket with no improvement.


I have also got my router statistics for all the tech heads that can unscramble the jargon for me :P
