I'm now 3 weeks past my activation date with no end in sight. I'm sick fed up calling Sky to be told lies so I will email them.
Can anyone please give me any and all email addresses they have found which may help me?

When I sent an email of complaint I sent it to
BroadbandCustomerService @ bSkyb.com
james.murdoch @ bskyb.com
allcustomercareescalation @ bskyb.com
I got a reply from the BroadbandCustomerService address. However she proved to be completly useless as she never got back to me or responded to my emails. Yesterday I got a call from a different department who said they will be looking into from now on. Now whether that was due to the email or me phoning twice a day I don't know.
