My exchange is easynet enabled, I have cancelled my NTL phone line, had the BT phone line installed without problems, SKY sign up system still says my exchange has not been enabled yet. We also had a SKY sales rep in the area last week knocking on doors to let people know that the service is now available in our area. what is going on. Paying 34.99 for 10mb service from NTL, happy with it, but would gladly go for a cheaper service, if nothing happens next I'm going with BT for braodband.

Anyone else giving up on sky and moving to another provider.
