My exchange is easynet enabled, I have cancelled my NTL phone line, had the BT phone line installed without problems, SKY sign up system still says my exchange has not been enabled yet. We also had a SKY sales rep in the area last week knocking on doors to let people know that the service is now available in our area. what is going on. Paying £34.99 for 10mb service from NTL, happy with it, but would gladly go for a cheaper service, if nothing happens next I'm going with BT for braodband.
Anyone else giving up on sky and moving to another provider.
