Acclaimed Sky Atlantic drama Fortitude is returning to NOW TV early next year for a second series, and with it sees Dennis Quaid (Innerspace, Far From Heaven) and Michelle Fairley (Game of Thrones, Resurrection) joining the cast of the gripping Arctic thriller.

Set against a backdrop of icy wilderness, the tight-knit community of Fortitude is set to be rocked again as a fresh murder plunges the residents into turmoil. In an exclusive clip of the new stars in action we see Quaid discover Fairley collapsed in the snow, who refuses to accept medical help for a mystery condition.

Fans will have to wait to see how their lives intersect with the other residents (featuring additional newcomers Parminder Nagra (The Blacklist), Ken Stott (The Missing), and Robert Sheehan (Misfits) when new threats loom on the horizon.

While Fortitude's police force are primed to track down the murderer, NOW TV is giving fans of the show the chance to track down a bonus unseen clip from the new season by heading here.

The exclusive footage is hidden within a stunning 360 gigapixel image of New York along with other prizes, to celebrate the launch of the NOW TV Combo, the UKs first ever contract-free triple play bundle, offering the latest and best TV, unlimited broadband as well as a range of call packages all without a contract.

The new season of Fortitude comes to screens on Sky Atlantic in January 2017, and will be available with a NOW TV Entertainment Month Pass, priced just 6.99, no contract.
