      Good Morning speedyrite
I agree these Companies are sneaky & will continue to attempt a contact but hopefully
more providers will step up & offer this service for their Customers.
I have been offered more energy& phone deals along with Will writing services etc
then I would need in a Lifetime.................

Re: New Sky Talk Shield says no to nuisance callers: First of its kind, free call screening ser

      Hi,

I signed up for Talk Shield and it was activated whilst I was on holiday.
On my return I had no "missed Calls", which is unusual. What happens when you are not at home and someone rings? I have a phone with an answerphone. Will Talk Shield prevent an unanswered call from going through to my answerphone? It was most unusual for me not to have had any "missed calls" or answerphone messages.

      Help would be appreciated.

Re: New Sky Talk Shield says no to nuisance callers: First of its kind, free call screening ser

      Hello edmnottm
Talk Shield is compatible with an answerphone but some adjustments need to be made
so the answerphone will not interfere with the shield menu : there is a user guide on
the Homepage which may help you with any changes you would need to make.
I turned our answerphone 'Off which prevented ' Slugs ' from leaving unwanted urgent messages
      which SWMBO kept answering...............
      !!!!!

Just a Thought ................Enjoy the Sunshine

Not so sure about that. I have had the same problem when trying to view Sky Talk Shield numbers on My Sky. I am using Google Chrome Browser and it doesn't seem to work on Internet Explorer either. I'll give it a few days and then ring Sky I think.

Are you co-incidentally coming to the end of your 12 month free period? If so, your bill will go up by 10 as you will be paying the cost of the Unlimited broadband.

OK, so that's not the cause of it then! Anyway Sky Talk Shield is a free service. My current & upcoming bill amounts have not changed since activating Sky Talk Shield. I suspect that you will need to have a more detailed look at your current and upcoming bill details via My Sky to see what's going on, or (failing that) call them and ask for an explanation.
